My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, although slightly outdated compared to other 4-star hotels I've stayed at in Hanoi. The service was generally good, and I appreciated the attention from Mr Chandan Shahi, but there were moments where the process felt a bit off. The breakfast options could definitely be improved for a more varied experience. It's good value for money considering the central location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts a great location near the lake and vibrant attractions in Hanoi. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, although they could use a bit more natural light. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. Dining was good, offering a decent breakfast, but I felt it could have been more varied. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, but the dark rooms were a bit disappointing.

The hotel has a great location, being very close to St Joseph's Cathedral and just a few minutes' walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the weekend Night Market. While the service was attentive and friendly, the rooms left much to be desired, feeling dark and somewhat suffocating without natural light. The dining options were diverse but could use a few more healthy choices. Overall, it was a decent stay, considering the location and the value for money.
